I have a good video on my iTouch. How do i make the format youtube ready?

I recorded a video from my ipod and when i try to put it on youtube it doesnt work. I think it is because of the format, how do i change it?

All you have to do is use a file converter to actually convert it and then be able to put it on Youtube. You can get a good file converter on download.com.!
