My iTunes isn't syncing an I don't know why, an this is a new computer

If your iPod is not syncing you can uncheck all the sync settings in iTunes and then relaunch it again. Then go back to the settings and re-check them and see if it works. If not, you can contact the apple contact support via http://www.apple.com/support/contact/.
