how long does it take to receive child support arears in Texas from income tax. its already been deducted from his check.when will I see it

It takes about one month to receive child support arrears from income in Texas. A child must be 18 years to be able to access his child support. Both parents are responsible for contributing child support. You can get some more details about this on Child Support 2 Collect website.
