Why does my dog shake really REALLY bad at times? I narrowed it down to: he mostly shakes mostly when there's loud noise. What's his deal? ?

for a long time I thought he had problems with anxiety, who doesn't? haha.. but I discovered he shakes more if I talk to him in a high pitched voice, or if I'm yelling, or if the TV is too loud...

He may be sensitive to loud noises or there may also be something wrong with his hearing that causes him to shake. Try talking to him in a low pitched tone and look at the way he responds to that and if he does not, it is wise to take him to a veterinary clinic for treatment.

Some dogs have more acute hearing than others dogs and this can cause them to react to high pitched or loud noises. You might want to talk to the vet and take your dog in to make sure there is not an ear infection causing this. The vet will tell you what you need to do.
Good luck! : D
