How long does liquid gel caps take to enter your system?

About 20 minutes after taking my pain killers (Ibuprofen gel caps) I threw up and was wondering if I could take more or had the gel caps already started into my system?

Liquid gel caps are faster to enter your system than a regular pill. Anything that is liquid will be absorbed faster. How quickly it takes depends on each individual. Personally, if I use a liquid gel, it takes about 20-30 minutes for me to start feeling relief. There are tons of reviews of different liquid gels and those reviewing say they tend to work much faster and stronger than a tablet or pill.

Since you have already ingested the medicine and vomitted, you may want to call your doctor or a pharmacist. Tell them what you took, when you took it, how much of it you took, and ask if you can take more in case what you did take came out with your vomit.

I hope you get to feeling better soon.
