how do you save an email

The method of saving an email will vary depending on your email service provider, however you should be able to save your email by printing it and choosing to save it as a PDF document on your computer. If your email service provider supports it, you may be able to open the email message and click 'export to computer'. Note that PDF documents will require the free Adobe PDF Reader software, or similar, to be opened.
