In order to lose weight how many carbs should I limit myself to?
Well I think you shouldn't have more than the daily recommended limits, they don't have that much to do with losing weight, they provide energy, I think you should watch your diet and work out.
Carbs....they say 300gm a day, which is outrageous. Cut them down to under 100gm a day and you'll lose weight. Don't cut them completely, your body does need them.
