I lost 60 pounds without starving myself by splitting up my meals 5 times a day. Drink plenty of water and focus on cardio. However, never neglect weight training. Incorporate cheat days or you will end up craving stuff. It's also a good idea to keep a food journal to track your calories but never go below the minimum. My cardio days aleternate between steady state cardio and HIIT. I highly recommend you get an HR monitor - it's going to be your best ally in doing intelligent cardio training.
