EBT cards in New Hampshire can be used at businesses that have reached state requirements for their use. Businesses will only seek to accept EBT cards if they provide goods that can be purchased through EBT. This includes food products, so most grocery stores accept EBT transactions. Restaurants generally do not accept EBT because it cannot be used to purchase prepared meals.
