Can the body fight off an infection without antibiotics?

Report as

It is possible for the body to fight an infection using natural antibodies which are produced. They form part of the immune system which prevents and fights germs and diseases in the body. The antibodies function by identifying and neutralizing foreign objects like viruses and bacteria. This is as stated at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antibody.

Yes,but it will take longer and could do damage to your body. It's smarter to take antibiotics.
