well, it gives your breasts some air! but there is nothing wrong w/ it, i sleep w/ mine on sometimes, but just to let them things breathe! lol

its ok if u do but if u do sleep with a bra on ur "CHA CHAS" wont grow big or at least as big as they should

I personally think it can be bad for your skin especially if it's at all tight. That's why there are sleeping bras available. I had to while breastfeeding otherwise I would leak everywhere. Other than that I love giving my skin a break from straps and hooks.

sleeping in a bra can cause them not too grow...or at least that's what ive been told. im not really sure if its true or not but it seems like it wouldnt be good for your skin anyway.
