Do something! ...productive, work, clean, read, exercise Help someone! ...elderly, sick, handicapped Take some time to give to someone less fortunate than yourself and you'll suddenly see what you have to glad about.
Just don't think about that which depresses u much( even if u do then try to look for the solutions... there is always a solution for a issue) try to keep you mind busy in thinking that stuff which you love to do, enjoy your surroundings (friend TV internet food dogs anything there are millions of stuff to keep you brain engaged in happy stuffs 'cause depresion is all in you brain the more u thought about it without solution it will hamper other good stuffs too in your life)
breath trough you nose as your stomach expands, hold for 4 seconds, exhale through your mouth. Do this sitting up straight and focusing on one thing on the wall. Try 10 deep breaths like this. See if it helps you.
