I agree exercise is probably a great remedy. Meditation works for some people. Getting outside in the sun helps too. Try not to let your anxiety keep you trapped in your house; the less you get out, the less you feel like you CAN get out. There are tons of books on the subject. A therapist might be able to help as well.
The best way to deal with anxiety is excercise. High impact excercise releases endorphins which gives you a feeling of well being. It also will help you sweat out toxins which will improve your health.
