I'm doing this project in government class, && I need to add a 28th amendment to the constitution. Any ideas?

One thing that really bothers me is those people who belong to that church that protest at soldiers funerals holding up signs that say all sorts of messed up things against the war and homosexuals. Now I'm not gay but I have a real problem with any sort of protesting at a military funeral. Make the 28th amendment "Every person has a freedom of speech except to voice their opinion about someone who gave their life fighting for this Country.."

Make an amendment about being stalked by people. Put something in there about your home is your castle and nobody has the right to invade your walls. People deserve their privacy and shouldn't be bothered by other people.
