How do I become less skinny?

I only eat one meal a day (not purposely just not very hungry) and I have practice for a while bunch of different sports every day and I counted how long each practices are in all and it was like 7 and and a half hours of practice in one day so I excercise a lot so do u have any way for me to become less skinny. ps I am 13 and 5"5 or taller and weigh somewhere between 70 or 80 pounds so I know that's not healthy so please help thanks

You need to take at least 3 meals a day. The more exercises you take the more energy you need. Reduce the number of hours you exercise, take healthy and balanced diets. Ensure you take water throughout the day. Contact a trainer or a nutritionist for professional advice.

well make sure that you always eat the right amount of food not too much but do not eat too little amount i am sure that
will help you
