To me it depends on what season it is and what is going on with my skin. In the summer I bathe in morning and at night because I dont care for freezing under an air conditioner. In the winter I keep the heat comfortable but harsh winter dries my skin out. I bathe at night and apply skin care then in morning I wash my face and then freshen up with a warm cloth. Doing this gets the bacteria off my skin without saturating it with water and then going out in the air.
Most people do take showers in the morning in readiness for the daily chores in their various work places. This actually depends on what you will do or have done during the day. In general, it is better to have a shower or bathe in the morning to clean up the night's grime and sweat.
I sleep in a nice clean bed. So after a hot day. I like to go to bed clean and refreshed. And when I get up in the morning from my clean bed. I'm not sweating and my hair didn't get dirty and oily again over night. And I live in Hawaii where the weather is warm. So if you bathe in the morning . You don't bathe at night also? Isn't it uncomfortable going to bed after a day of work or school and not bathe? Just wondering. (:
I am in construction and Showering in the morning helps me wake up and face the day; showering at night when I am tiered wakes me up so I don't fall sleep right-a-way ....however if I am really dirty I will of course shower at night. The real question should be when are you clean enough to go to bed?
