How can I tell what the best hair color is for me? Is there a free program online where I can "try on" other colors?

Trying different hair colors is always a challenge. You really don't know how you will look until it is done. One website you can try is http://www.taaz.com. You will have to register with them, but it is free to register. Upload a picture of you and do a virtual makeover with your hair.
