How do I know when my arm is broken?

Without an x-ray

Sometimes you can know from feeling, but sometimes you can not. But if you do not have a check with an x-ray to make sure there is 100% no problem, the bone will got some problem in the future.

It will hurt like hell...and then you will get an X-ray which will tell you if it is broken.

Its going to hurt like crazy, probably it will swell and you wont be able to use it much if at all.
