If it's fake, probably. The database for most law enforcement (excluding federal) aren't that thorough. If it isn't there jurisdiction they tend to not bother or have no means of getting the correct info from a traffic citation. It's still kind of like the wild west...cross the state line and it's almost a clean slate. Until you try to use it for legitimate business, like a permanent move with change of residency. I could be mistaken, I myself have 2 drivers licenses from 2 states and both are in good standing. If I do something in one state how would the DMV report it to the other possible 50 states I live in.
Yes, and if it is a fake or suspended license you may pay dearly. Is jail time worth it? Don't you have a better place to spend your money? Be an adult and don't give the authorities any reason to pull you over.
