how can i get rid of my period faster ?

Unfortunately, there is no way you can get rid of your period faster. If your period is extremely longer than normal, then you should speak to your doctor. However, you can drink lots of water, so as to increase your visit to the bathroom.

Its nature and unfortunately it has to run its course. There are some birth control methods out there that suppresses your period but if you are not medically required ie extremely heavy flow or sexually active its not generally recommended. If you have concerns you should voice them to your doctor.

Tampons! When I use them my period lasts 3-4 days and without them last about 7:/

I agree with the above. There are certain birth controls that can limit your period to just a couple of times per year. Also, a healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies with regular exercise can make periods lighter.
