Converting a Ruger 10/22 to fully automatic fire is both highly illegal and dangerous. Automatic weapons are federally regulated and require a Class III permit.

A Ruger 10/22 cannot easily be converted to full auto legally. Your best bet is to contact your local Class III gunsmith as well as check your state laws.
