Hey Im new to ask.com. And I have some questions about following.

Can you follow anyone? Will people follow you back? What is the point of following? Is it bad if you follow a LOT of people?

Hey Riri! Following is when people can have close access to your answers and questions of the person you follow. They usually follow you when they like your answers. Its not bad to follow lots of people. And if they follow you back be happy! But if they dont they may not know who you are or they just dont follow people.

Following people makes it easier to see their answers and questions. It isn't bad to follow a lot of people, sometimes when you follow someone they will follow you back. Others may not follow you, don't take that offensive or they might have something against you, it's just they might not know you well or they don't like to follow. Make sure you have good answers because this way you'll have plenty of followers.

You can follow anybody unless they block you, anybody can follow you unless you block them.

Some people follow you back, some don't. That just depends on the person.

The point of following is so that you can make friends. You can also see what the people are up to, and what they are asking and answering. They can do the same to you.

There is nothing wrong with following a lot of people, so if you want to do that, go right ahead!
