How do you use an USB flash drive to watch media on your TV

To connect a USB Flash drive to your TV. You will need to have a TV with a USB port, or a DVD player with a USB port.

the TV and the surround sound both have USB ports.
I put music and a couple of videos from my computer on a 32 Gb Cruzer ,but they won't play on the TV

What TV do you have? It may not support this.

I have a new samsung led and have no problem. It understands all video formats. Just plug in and play great bluray rips.
