What happens when you get the polio shot while pregnant?

My partner used the withdraw method, but we both know assuming the worst is the better way. We both don't want me to get pregnant, Its been 12 hours since then, or close to it. I just recently got my polio shot. Wondering the side affects of this? I don't know If I am pregnant yet, buttt....

There is nothing that will happen because vaccines strengthen people's immune systems so their bodies can fight off the serious infectious diseases like polio. It is always recommended for a pregnant woman to talk to her physician to figure out which vaccines she might need and whether she should get them during pregnancy or wait until after birth.
