Justin Bieber showed off a new haircut in February of 2011. He got his locks cut much shorter then his previously maintained hair cut that was longer in length.

Yes, Justin Bieber did get a haircut. The young singer changed his hairstyle to appear more grown-up. He currently has shorter hair that is spiked on top.
