Initially, you will feel quite uncomfortable as they are being allocated but with time, you will get used to them. You should consider the doctors recommendations of taking care of them after they have been implemented.
Painful to get. Painful to tighten. Remember, braces are designed to force your teeth and bone structure into a certain shape. Slowly, and painfully. MUAHAHAHA! Just kidding, But seriously they do hurt but get them while you are young and still growing, not at a later age, or you will have loose teeth.
They're terrible at first. It's not too bad. But, I would look into Invisalign. It's cheaper, easier, and you have to wear them for less of a time. They only work for certain people, though. Seriously, though, you should check it out and see. But, whatever happens, it'll be fine. :)
