I am not sure what you mean by early prescription refill, but if you are refilling your medication without insurance, you will be asked to pay out of your own pocket for the medication. You can consult with the doctor who has prescribed the medication to see if there are generic versions or other cheaper replacements.

It it is a narcotic drug you will have to take the scrip to a different pharmacy entirely, or they will flag you and call your doctor.

If you need more than what the doc prescribed you, talk to them so they can adjust it. Sometimes you get an immunity built up.
