Which term refers to powers that are not written in the Constitution but may be assumed from the expressed powers?

Implied powers are powers which are warranted by a legal document such as the constitution but is literally not stated seem to imply powers. Implied power in the government is powers exercised by the Congress which are not explicitly given by the constitution itself but are proper and necessary.
