Whats a good,easy,and fast way for a 13 year old to lose weight?

You can try power walking or doing aerobics but you will have to be consistent to see results. In addition you should avoid fatty foods and also eat a healthy balanced diet.

There is no easy way to lose weight. Simplest way to lose weight is to burn more calories then you take in. Track your calories and do cardio and or weight training.
