Persons with diabetes, weak immune system, presence of skin problems as well as those who are in close contact with infected individual are at increased risk of developing boils. Several things can cause boils such as bad hygiene, and wearing tight clothing. Eating a healthy diet and getting enough rest will also help prevent boils.
