why are my hands always cold

Cold hands can be a symptom of many different ailments and illnesses. It is a sure sign of poor circulation which could be an underlying symptom of diabetes or Neuropathy. Other reasons your hands could be cold are anemia, scleroderma, frostbite, Peripheral artery disease, or Buerger's disease. You should see a doctor for a diagnosis.

If your hands are cold even in warm conditions, it may be poor circulation or nerve damage. If this is a new symptom, see a doctor right away.

Hands that are always cold can be caused by several different things. Some of the more common include, Anemia Buerger's disease, diabetes, frostbite, peripheral artery disease (PAD), Raynaud's disease and scleroderma.
