Can you get leather boots stretched out to accommodate a wider calf worn with jeans?

They're made of a smooth, soft and slouchy leather very pliable to the touch. is there a way to get them stretched about an inch to fit a muscled calf?

Take them to a shoe repair shop. See if they can stretch them, so you will be able to wear them. These types of shops, have ways of stretching shoes. If they can't get them stretched, you wouldn't be able to wear them.

I asked my shoe repair shop the same question-- they said that leather boots could be easily be stretched 1/4, maybe as much as a half an inch. More than 1/2 inch is pretty unrealistic.
