Is there a way to make a thin air dry clay that can look like icing/whipped cream? Thanks :)

Yes, you can mold the thin air dry clay into the desired shapes and then wet it. Sprinkle colors on it, while still wet and then leave it out to dry. Depending on how you want it to look, mix clay with water to desired thickness of paste.
