Got any good fashion tips for a low budget 13 year old?

Okay so I am 13 (4 months away from 14) sporty or girly im kinda in-between and my parents have 4 kids and so we dont have much money to spend and im to young to get a job but i want to look good. HELP!

I'm 14 and 15 in four months so close enough lolz..but forever 21 is affordable and cute!!:)..also you can find some stuff at jcpenney but not that much..also chocolate:)..cheap too ..also try some small boutiques around neighborhood and plazas!!:)..g stage is also good:)

You could put on jeans, print shirts, denims, v-neck blouses and cardigans. You can also put on A-line dresses and skirts to create a de2licate, ultra ?feminine shape. Opt for shoes with heels or wedge heels.

re wear stuff in different ways and add things(diff jewelry, etc) to outfits. You can get some good clothes for less at platos closet

I'm 13 too and it's hard but I decided that if people judge me because of what I look like than I don't really want to be their friend
