What is the best way to get someones attention?(especially if you like them)

You can try to become his friend. Get to know him better. Smile and make eye contact. If you don't smile, he won't be aware of you and if he does, he might think you are uninteresting and not worth talking to. You will also need to be cute. Try and look cute and wait until he can't resist.
