How am I losing weight and not doing anything?
Ive been wanting to lose weight really bad but can't seem to get off the junk food and pop. But I am losing weight and I dont know how I am doing it. I drink a lot of pop, and i eat junk food.. (not a lot, just a little bit). and Im kinda thinking its were I only eat like twice a day. I was pregnant but I only got to 3 and a half months and I had a miscarriage so I dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing that im losing weight. Can someone help me?
