HELP! How can I lose weight? /:

I'm 17 years old, I'm 4'11 & I weigh 135 but a lot of my weight is on my legs, how can I lose "leg fat" or at least tone them? /:

You should start exercising for at least half an hour every day and eat a diet that is high in whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and vegetables and low in refined sugar. Some of the exercises you could engage in include: swimming, jogging, squats, lying leg curls and jumping a rope.

run around 2 miles or a little less(more if you can/want) everyday and do things like lunges and squats. Running up a hill then jogging down will help a lot also. Most of all eat healthy foods.
