What medicine should I take for this? (read details)

The bottom of my eyes have been very itchy the past few days. I have a very scratchy throat, I can't stop sneezing. My nose is runny and I have a little bit of a cough. It's nothing serious obviously. Are there any suggestions how to get rid of this though? I kind of feels like post nasal drip. But I wouldn't know, I haven't been sick in a few years.

Their home remedies that can help, you need to drink a lot of water, lemon, sip some soup and garlic. You need to take salty water and gargle, take pepper, honey or cinnamon to ease the pain of dry or sore throat. But it's advisable you consult a doctor about it for right diagnosis for correct treatment.

If its a cold then it's a virus and a doc should not put u on antibiotic because they are only for bacterial. I would try antihistamine. Sounds like sinus to me but if u start running temp go to doc
