Which of these is not a recommended tip for assisting a person who is having a seizure?

Report as

When someone is having an epileptic seizure, you will NOT want to put anything in their mouth. An old but erroneous tip was to place something between the patient's teeth. This is a fallacy. Stay calm, move objects that may be knocked down, and keep track of the length of the seizure.
