For glazed pecans use 2 tablespoons each of butter, packed brown sugar, and maple syrup. use 2 cups of pecan halves. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter in 12 in skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and syrup. Mix well and cook until bubbly stirring constantly. Add pecans and cook 2 to 3 minutes and continue to stir. Spread on cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before storing in a tightly covered container for up to two weeks.
