I have read that is actually a quite common dream. Nothing to worry about.
However, if you would like to stop having that dream it may be possible to do so. Ask yourself periodically throughout the day "Am I dreaming now? Am I doing anything unusual? Are all my teeth falling out?" If you do this often enough you should also begin to ask yourself the same questions while you dream thereby enabling you to wake yourself up or even control your dreams.
On rare occasions I have been able to control my dreams when I realize that I am flying and I then realize that human beings are not supposed to be capable of flight.
I believe this technique is called "directed dreaming" or "lucid dreaming" if you would like to google it and find out more about it.
I have this dream all the time! I have read that it means you are feeling insecure about something that you cannot control or fix. Thinking of your teeth falling out and having to go out in public that way even just to get to the dentist would be very hard! It seems to signify insecurity and fear.
I have that dream also, I spit my teeth into my hand or I just pull the teeth out....I really hate those dreams...My teeth are for real having to be pulled out....Maybe it is a premonition that you will actually lose your teeth like I am

I actually have that dream quite often to.I can feel my teeth loosening and then falling out inside my mouth, next thing ya know I'm spitting out my teeth.I hate it!! I've also read up on it and it meaning as well. And I would have to agree with the others here,it's just means you have a fear of something in your life or an embarrassing issue at hand.I also agree with Bombadil, lucid dreaming can help with that. This is when the dreamer can rationalize in the dream,and/or control the dream.
