I am about 190 lbs, 5' 8.5", 41 years old and trying to lose my belly fat. Is it healthy to be fasting 3 days a month to lose some weight?

I would not be 100% fasting. I would drink vegetable juice, and have caffeine in diet soda, and may eat some chocolate. (I am male.)
