I think you should do something that would make you happy and feel loved as well. You can do something like go shopping and this is always a good therapy as you treat yourself. You could go for lunch or dinner alone or with friends who would give you good company and make you happy. There is also the option of doing something random that you have always thought would be fun and this could cheer you up. I always get myself something when am sad and depressed as it makes me happy and you should definitely try this out.
just sit and lay back with a cup of whatever you like to drink and just think about how lucky you are to be alive, and think about all the good times youve had in life and just think of reasons to be happy
