revenge is time consuming, sure the guy may have hut you but if you spend time trying to get back at him than all you are really doing is showing him he still got you around his finger cause you care that much to waste your life on him. So all you would be doing is hurting yourself.
All the people that answered this except crowtrobot, its Boring. You gotta do the baddest thing in the book. Like key his car, Spray paint his windows black. Slide some hidden marijuana in his car and let the cops deal with that. Bust his back head lights. Slash his tires. Crap in a bad and put it in his car. Slap him in public and run screaming and see if anybody will react to what he did. Do that and much more.

The best kind of revenge is the art of ignoring :) (or as some say, the silent treatment) Otherwise, I would ignore the very temptation of revenge. Resist the urge, It'll pass :) Show him that you're happy and that you don't give a second thought about him, that's gonna make him feel like he's not even worth holding a grudge on :) Good Luck!
When my ex broke up with me I just moved on and that was the best kind of revenge. As soon as I started dating my current boyfriend my ex wanted me back. So my advice to you is move on and be happy without him. He will see what he is missing. That to me is the best kind of revenge. Don't do something stupid that you can get in big trouble for.
The best revenge is living well. In your case, upgrade your education and get a better job that pays more money. Let the rumour mill take that information to him. Buy a car -- the kind he would have wanted, but couldn't afford. Let the rumour mill take care of that too. Get another promotion and move to a nicer place in a better area. Keep achieving. Achieve more than he could or would. Make your mark in the world. He will hear about it. Marry a wonderful man with a good job and have a small family. Make the best life possible for you and your family. The revenge aspect just keeps building, but I'll warn you -- after a while, he won't matter much. And in the end, he won't matter at all.
