How can you lose weight without taking a dietary supplement, and without exercise?

I live in an area were it's hard to exercise, and i don't have enough money for dietary supplements.

Found out what the necessary calorie amount is in order for you to maintain your current weight (based on your height, age, & activity level) then decrease that amount by 500 calories a day. This should enable you to lose about 1lb a week, which is a safe level.

I tryed hypnotherapy. No diet or exercise I've lost thirty lbs and still loosing. My friend has lost 50 lbs. it was really cheap they only asked for a donation. Lol best 5.00 bucks I ever donated. There were like a 100 people attending the session I went to. I was a non believer. But not anymore!!! Good luck

Eat smaller portions, 1/2 of your usual plate, take multivitamin and drink only ice water.
