Apart from practicing law in the court, the other areas are civil litigation, environmental law, bankruptcy law, labor and employment law, foreclosure law, intellectual property law or E-Discovery practice. All the above area can be practiced with respective companies or organizations where they employ you to deal with legal matters of the same field. You can practice as environmental law which is also known as green law at nongovernmental organizations such United Nations. Hi NikiJain there are a lot of different types of law fields where you spend little to no time in court. Check out corporate law and contract law for example :)
