What does it mean when you have this tingling feeling in your fingertips?

some people on the web say I could be getting carpal tunnel syndrome because that's how it starts with a tingling feeling and no pain but the weird part is, I can control it. I can decide when the tingling feeling gets turned on and off it takes a little bit to turn off but I pretty much can control when I feel this tingling feeling. I want to know what's happening.

This can mean that you have a condition known as peripheral neuropathy or damage to the Peripheral nervous system (PNS). The PNS is a complex set of nerves that sends sensory information from every part of the body. I suggest you get medical attention and meanwhile try exercising your fingers.
