Why do guys wake-up with 'hard-ons' every morning? Even if their NOT dreaming about sex before we wake up?

It is all a matter of blood flow. If the penis receives a large amount of blood, it will become erect. That doesn't always have to do with sex or sexual thoughts. Besides, do we really remember EVERYTHING we dream about.....?
