Why does it hurt so much when I poo it's feels like broken glass comin out it hurts even when I have gas it hurts Been like this 9 months

It sounds like you might be constipated. A Dulcolax will help soften your stools. Make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eating more fiber will help regulate your bowels.

Go to the doctor. I had to have surgery :( it's terrible. Good luck.

You r definitely constipated, alot of water helps stay away from pastas eat alot of fruit n veggies, I'm not a doctor but I've been there! Good luck!

You are probably constipated and that can be painful. You need to make a appointment with your general care provider about this because it's been going on for so long and is obviously not going away. If you want the problem to go away then you will go to your doctor. I don't think it's going to stop on its own. I hope you feel better soon ok?
