What are some ways to keep from getting tired on a track meet ?
i need help because i get tired on the fifth lap ! any answers!
get in shape!!!! running everyday and challenging yourself it takes some time but when your done you wont get tired at all

A trick my coach taught me when I was on swim team, is sugar cubes and lemon slices..that way you get burst of energy from the sugar..and the lemon slices balance it out..
